Sketch Baskets

Have you tried inclusive design? Have you attempted to get a core group of your users to sketch out what how think the interface should function? During a sketch session, a group of users are given a person, scenario, and list of considerations. Then they are instructed to sketch on paper in 15 minutes their representation of the idea.
